OCR CHAMPIONSHIPS & QUALIFICATIONS
The 13 km "knights" timed format of the Medieval Run will be the support race of the Belgian OCR Championship 2023.
It is also a qualifying race for the OCR European Championships and the OCR World Championships

Each athlete will receive three tear-proof wristbands to wear and present at the start line. In case of failure on an obstacle, a marshall will cut a bracelet. You can continue the race and move on to the next obstacle. In case of loss of the 3rd bracelet, you will be able to finish the race for fun but you will not be classified and will not be able to qualify for any qualification.
If you have lost one or two bracelets, you will have to take a penalty (once per lost bracelet) at the end of the course before crossing the finish line. You will therefore have a significant advantage if you end up with your 3 bracelets.

OCR BELGIUM CHAMPIONSHIP
This competition is only open to members of the Belgian BOCRA Federation. Minimum age 16 years old. No qualification or other condition is required.
You will have to choose a category in which you wish to be classified:
- Elite Men/Women: all ages combined
- Age Group Men/Women: 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+
An official ceremony with prize giving to the 3 best in each category will be organized by BOCRA.

Qualification conditions: from now on, each athlete must obtain a certain number of points to qualify for the OCR European Championships.
